masquespacio started to search for a connection point between the city of huesca and the healthy gastronomy, based on a salutary lifestyle. ins. in there, they found the reference they were looking for that fit perfectly with the healthy lifestyle concept from pukkel.
overall view from the entrance
earthy tones of brown, white, and green dominate the space reminding guests of nature while touches of gold are added to give the atmosphere a little bit of sophistication. the main forms in the space are imperfect and mainly organic, they draw a path on the floor reminiscing the feeling of walking through a forest. terracotta is used for the floors, bars and some of the walls with patterns custom-designed by masquespacio for pukkel and rough stucco is applied to several areas as another reference to nature.

as for the layout, circular spaces are recreated around all the paths reminding customers of mountains and allowing them to enjoy pukkel’s food and share moments with family and friends away from daily routines. lastly, lush arrangements of plants and flowers that will change depending on each season of the year, decorate the space giving it a fresh feel and bringing more nature into the inside.
